About me

In addition to being a fitness trainer, I am also a professional dancer and former NFL cheerleader. So I think it’s safe to say that I’m a huge fan of injecting fun and variety into my fitness plans. Variety is key, which is why I try to incorporate several types of training into my programs.

I’m constantly learning new things and making sure my programs are super effective.I realize the importance of being more than an outlet of information, I pride myself on building friendships and providing the motivational support needed to drive you on, even throughout the most difficult times.

I am the QUEEN of balance, and I am here to share my mission with the world. I help men and women all over the world transform body, mind and soul. I’ve had my struggles throughout the years, but I can confidently say that I’ve mastered not only a results-driven fitness and nutrition plan, but also the mindset shifts it takes to achieve next level results. Sharing my knowledge and experience with my tribe, and seeing the physical and mental transformations that occur with just a little guidance is amazing!

I am a true believer that fitness enhances your life in every way. Fitness can be a part of your life without it having to be your life. Let’s be real; you are crazy busy, and have lots of fun things to do. Effective, realistic and to the point is what you need….work smarter not harder!
